What is a 3PL and how does it work?

A 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) provider handles your warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping operations so you can focus on growing your business. You ship your inventory to our warehouse, and we store it, pick & pack orders, and ship them to your customers on your behalf.

πŸ“

Where are your warehouses located?

We have two warehouse locations:

Miami Warehouse: 8780 NW 100th ST, Medley, FL 33178 β€” in the heart of Miami-Dade County's industrial corridor. Minutes from Port Miami, MIA, and major interstates (I-95, I-75, Florida Turnpike).

Biloxi Warehouse: 1606 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS 39531 β€” strategically located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast near Port of Gulfport, with I-10 and I-110 access for Southeast U.S. distribution.

You can even use both locations simultaneously.

πŸ“

How big are your warehouses?

Our Miami facility is over 20,000 square feet of climate-controlled warehouse space with dedicated areas for receiving, storage, pick & pack, and shipping. Our Biloxi facility provides additional capacity on the Gulf Coast. Both locations have room to scale as your business grows.

πŸ”“

Do you have minimum order or storage requirements?

How does billing work?

We bill monthly based on actual usage. Storage is calculated daily and billed at the end of each cycle. Handling, pick & pack, and shipping charges are billed as they occur. All invoices are available in your Customer Portal.

πŸ“Š

What is dimensional weight?

Dimensional weight is calculated as Length x Width x Height / 139 (the DIM factor). Carriers charge based on whichever is greater: actual weight or dimensional weight. Our quote calculator shows both so you always know the billable weight.

🏷️

We ship individual orders directly to your customers. Rates vary by package size: Envelopes ($1.50), Small boxes ($3.00), Medium boxes ($5.00), and Large boxes ($20.00), plus carrier shipping costs.

πŸ“¦

What is Box Content Labeling and what's included?

Box Content Labeling is an Amazon FBA requirement where each shipping carton gets a printed label detailing its exact contents. Our $3.00/box service includes: generating the Box ID label from your Amazon shipment plan, listing every SKU/ASIN with exact quantities and condition (new, refurbished, etc.), printing the shipment ID and box sequence number, verifying item counts match your plan before sealing, and applying the label to each carton. This ensures Amazon's warehouse can scan and process your shipment without manually opening and counting boxes β€” reducing check-in delays, avoiding non-compliance fees, and getting your inventory live faster.

βœ…

Can you handle my entire FBA prep workflow?

Yes! From receiving your products to labeling, bagging, bundling, quality inspection, and shipping to Amazon β€” we handle the entire FBA prep process end-to-end. Just send us your inventory and your Amazon shipment plan.
